Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ternrise, you agree to these Terms of Service, our policies, and any additional product-specific terms that apply to features you use.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your account, and use the platform only for lawful business or personal purposes. We may request verification or additional information before enabling certain features.
Marketplace Roles
Ternrise provides a marketplace that helps clients and consultants discover each other, communicate, contract, and complete transactions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Ternrise is not the provider of independent consulting services listed by users.
Orders, Payments, and Projects
Listings, proposals, bookings, milestones, and payments must reflect real services and honest pricing. Payments, refunds, holds, release timing, escrow-style workflows, and taxes may be subject to platform rules, processor requirements, and applicable law.
Cancellations and Disputes
Users are expected to work in good faith to resolve delivery issues, scheduling problems, and payment disagreements. Ternrise may review records, messages, files, and activity logs when helping resolve disputes or enforcing platform rules.
Content and Intellectual Property
You remain responsible for the content, documents, listings, messages, and materials you upload or publish. You must have the rights needed to share that content and must not upload material that infringes the rights of others or violates law.
Suspension and Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, remove, or terminate access to accounts, content, listings, orders, or platform features when we reasonably believe that doing so is necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, policy enforcement, or protection of users and Ternrise.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Contact
The platform is provided on an as-available basis, and to the extent permitted by law, Ternrise disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms. To the extent permitted by law, Ternrise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the platform.
