Service fees explained

Fee Structure

Ternrise charges a small service fee to maintain the platform.

For Clients

• 5% platform fee on all purchases
• Payment processing fees may apply (varies by method)

For Consultants

• 5% commission on service orders
• 5% commission on project orders
• $3 withdrawal fee per payout request (minimum $50)

Withdrawing Your Earnings (Consultants)

1. Go to Dashboard > Earnings to see your available balance
2. Set up your payout method in Settings > Billing (Wise, Bank, or Manual)
3. Once you have at least $50 available, request a withdrawal from the Earnings page
4. A $3 withdrawal fee is deducted from each payout request before funds are sent via your chosen payout method
