How to verify your account

Identity verification builds trust in the Ternrise community. It ensures that both clients and consultants are who they say they are.

Go to your Dashboard > Settings.
Click on the Verification tab.
Select "Start Verification". You will need a valid government ID (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID) and a device with a camera.
Follow the step-by-step wizard: capture your ID document (front and back if required) and take a live selfie. You can use your camera or upload files.
Submit your verification. Our team will review within 24-48 hours.
