Video consultations

Booking a Video Call

Video consultations let you meet your consultant face-to-face from anywhere.

1. Go to the consultant's profile page (Browse Consultants, then click a consultant)
2. Find the "Book a Consultation" widget and click "Book Now"
3. Choose date, time, duration, and meeting type (Video or Phone)
4. Complete the booking (payment may be required)
5. You'll receive a confirmation with the meeting link

Joining Your Call

• Go to Dashboard > Bookings to see upcoming calls
• Click "Join" when it's time for your session
• Allow camera and microphone access when prompted
• Calls run in your browser—no app download needed

Tips

• Test your camera and mic before the call
• Use a stable internet connection
• Have your documents ready to share if needed
