Learn how to request account deletion in the app or on the web and what happens to your data afterward.
Where you can request deletion
If you created your account in the app, you can request deletion both inside the mobile app and outside the app through the Ternrise website.
What happens after you request deletion
Once you submit the request, access is suspended right away. Ternrise keeps a short grace period so you can cancel a mistaken request unless legal or security obligations prevent it.
What we delete and what we may retain
When the request is finalized, we delete or anonymize account data and associated personal information. We may retain limited records where law, fraud prevention, dispute handling, taxation, or security obligations require it.
Need help before deleting?
If you cannot sign in or need help with the deletion process, contact Ternrise support before the grace period ends.
Start from your account settings
To delete your account on the web, sign in and open Settings > Security. The request locks the account immediately and starts the grace period before final anonymization.
